  1. I made this for the first time the other day Really turned out to be a good elixir! I improvised a little (i.e. doubled the seaweed, used some different veggies, etc.). My only complaint is that it took a $hitlo@d of vegetables to produce the broth as you are reducing liquid for 6 hours. With that said, if someone has veggies turning South or they have their own garden, it makes perfect sense.

    CCCC kitchen might consider an industrial stock/soup kettle. We could take excess vegetables from the adjacent farm and make our own vegetable and/or mineral broth on a big scale.
