HFCS vs Sugar Debate

TIP: Check all of your food labels to avoid consuming unnecessary added sugars, especially in the form of HFCS. Ketchup, salad dressings, packaged foods, jams, peanut butter, and even BREAD may contain HFCS or added sugars.

HFCS has been blamed for increased obesity and diabetes, especially with the rising rates of obesity and type 2 diabetes in children. Type 2 diabetes actually used to be called adult-onset diabetes, but the number of cases of children being diagnosed began increasing, so the name had to be changed. SO, is HFCS to blame? In my opinion, not completely.
