  1. I’ve been in “lock down” mode making the same smoothie for the past year probably. Banana, kelp powder, olive oil, stevia, fresh kale or spinach … spirulina/tumeric/cinnamon/wheatgrass powders sold individually by the pound, Greek yogurt, milk thistle, vitamin C crystals, almond milk (and on and on). All of the dry ingredients are stored in Tupperware with half-hazard measurements. Kind of tired of my own concoction. 🙂 I get the cost break by ordering bulk via Amazon but you really don’t know the sources of pulverized herbs. Need to look at a simple smoothie followed by sea vegetables. Need to be more into science instead of a fly-by / feel-good.
