  1. Before watching this video, the thought of eating goose liver never crossed my mind. Like veal, which tastes delish, it is a delicacy I have no interest in. I would definitely try one from this farmer’s gaggle of geese after gaining the knowledge of how he raises them. The history of the dish is quite interesting as well.
